SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic shipping is FREE per single item purchase. If ordering multiple items, the shipping charge is $10. Currently, we only ship to the continental United States.

Processing Time:

Because each blanket is made to order and woven by hand, please allow 2–3 weeks for us to create yours before it ships. You'll receive tracking as soon as it's on the way.

Cancellations:

After an order is submitted, you have 24 hours to submit changes or cancellations. Once the 24-hour window has passed, your order cannot be cancelled. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Returns:

Each of our items are handmade and some are custom pieces, therefore all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Delayed Orders:

Shipping provider delays are not under Luna Nina’s liability. For delayed orders, please contact the shipping carrier to locate the item and stay abreast of its shipping status. We will do our best to create a frictionless experience but cannot guarantee exact arrival times for your item.

Damaged Orders:

Luna Nina is not liable for lost or damaged products once it has been shipped. First contact the shipping carrier to file a claim if your item is lost or damaged in transit. You can also contact us to assist in the manner if necessary. If your item is damaged as a result of Luna Nina’s crafters, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Shipping Restrictions:

Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes.
